Absolutely! I provide a complimentary virtual design consultation for all of my bespoke orders that would like some guidance. We go over your vision for the room, photos of your space, inspiration photos, and I provide fabric options I think would work best for your project in mind.

I ship anywhere across Canada, plus the UK and internationally!

Canada: If you’re local to Dundas, you can grab your piece with free pickup. For GTA deliveries, shipping is a flat $150. Everywhere else in Canada, shipping is calculated based on distance and size, typically landing around $200–250+.

International: Every international order is a little different depending on where you’re located and the size of your piece, so I put together an individualized quote for you before anything ships.

However you’re shipping, every piece is carefully packed so it arrives safe and sound. Once your order ships, I’ll send you tracking info so you can follow along.

Our current turnaround time is 5-7 weeks from order date to the day your piece of furniture leaves our studio!

Every piece I make is made-to-order, just for you — cut, sewn, and built around the exact fabric and colours you chose. Because of the nature of bespoke furniture, the sale is final. I’m not able to offer returns or refunds on custom pieces unless there’s a genuine defect in workmanship or materials. I take pride in my work so if once you receive your item there is an issue I am happy to make it right. Pease red our policies and procedures for more details.

Our headboards include heavy duty french cleats which are rated to hold much more than the weight of your headboard.

We have created a guide on how to hang your headboard here as well as provide instructions with your delivery and all essential hardware to successful

The only tools you need for installation include: a drill, stud finder, and measuring tape. Our French cleat kit comes with all the hardware needed for a smooth installation.

Absolutely! It is very doable for an able bodied handy person to tackle with a partner.

That being said - we recommend hiring a professional if you are not confident in your ability to find a stud in the wall. It is necessary to hit at least (ideally two) one stud for a safe and secure installation.
